Briana's Pozole

Something my family and I make for any special occasion and is by far our favorite dish is Pozole. First thing you are going to want to do is put your choice of meat to cook (if you decide to put any meat in your pozole😊).



Next you will want to bring the following to a boil:

-7 chiles juajillo

After you bring that to a boil you will blend the following together:

-the 7 chiles

-2 cloves of garlic

-fill with water to near brim of blender

Following: once the meat of choice is fully cooked you will pour Hominy into it. Then you will toss in what is in your blender. As it is boiling toss in a couple leave of perejil.

While you bring this to a boil you can cut up cabbage and limes to toss on top once it is served. enjoy 😊
